Laissez recouvrir la viande de cette sauce et chauffer un peu avant de servir saupoudré de cerfeuil frais haché accompagné des légumes préparés.
Dark times are showing up, they are more and more threatening as they're coming closer and closer : exam period. Along with stress and impatience, they're not funny.
But let's not be wrecked, this week end I found what could give me courage, between two physic classes : a good meal !
Did you noticed how much more juicy and tasty are tomatoes when they're baked ? I'm a big fan of Provençal tomatoes. And cherry tomatoes, or roma tomatoes à la provençale are a killer.
Accompagnied with soft vegetable tagliatelle (here it's celeriac) and a nice slightly spiced veal chop that makes a complete meal perfect to prepare oneself on the last week before High School Diploma.
Peel celeriac and with a vegetable peeler grate thin tagliatelle of celeriac. Cook them 5 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain.
Pour the sauce over it : a mix of cream, diluted veal stock and harissa paste.
Let it coated the meat and simmer a bit then sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve with prepared vegetables.
